Samachar is a dispute-resolution news and community platform operated by Sama, for use by dispute-resolution professionals and interested members of the public. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, that provider's own terms also govern your use of their login service.

Community channels are for genuine discussion among dispute-resolution professionals and interested readers. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

News and article content is aggregated from third-party sources and linked back to its original publisher — we don't claim ownership of it. Comments and messages you post remain yours; posting them gives us the right to display them within Samachar.

The Assistant feature uses a third-party AI model to answer questions and summarize documents you upload. Its replies, and any AI-generated summary shown elsewhere in the app, may be incomplete or wrong — they're a convenience, not legal or professional advice, and you should verify anything important before relying on it. Don't upload documents you don't have the right to share.

Samachar is provided as-is. We aggregate publicly available dispute-resolution news and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness — always verify anything important against the original source.

We may update these terms or the Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and — for the Privacy Policy — by asking you to re-confirm consent where the change is significant enough to warrant it.
